Employees are mocked at if takes leaves They promise wfh while recruitment, and later they never give u wfh, cancel leaves, wfh, public holidays.Make you work till late night, if you don't you are taunted. Long travels and no imbursement No support from management. TOXIC WORK CULTURE

Limited learning opportunities through project exposure. Nothing significant enough to outweigh the negatives.

Extremely poor work-life balance, with employees frequently expected to work 12–14 hours instead of standard working hours. Leave approval process was difficult. Managers regularly asked for personal reasons, and leave requests were often rejected or cancelled. Despite working for nearly 5-6 years, we received only two appraisals. Management frequently cited funding or client-related reasons, while work pressure remained consistently high. Salary deductions of approximately 10–20% were implemented without prior notice during financial difficulties. In salary slips, these deductions were shown as employee salary advances, which was confusing. Toxic work culture with constant work pressure and little appreciation for employee efforts. Almost no opportunities for career growth, learning new technologies, or skill development. High employee turnover, creating uncertainty about long-term career stability. HR had very limited authority, with most employee-related decisions controlled directly by management. Full & Final settlements were delayed for some employees, creating additional concerns during the exit process.
