Limited opportunities - TLS bei SCDMV: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have worked for the SCDMV for many years. I have never come out at work as LBGTQ, but I am starting to be treated differently than my colleges. I have been passed over for jobs I have put in for.In fact I was not even giving interview to spite the fact my last review was scored very high. Also, one of my coworkers is receiving an 8 to 5 schedule and when I asked for a small consideration due to the fact I have a long commute I was yelled at dismissively.
