When you are thriving in your position, you may be praised depending on who your one up is. When you are “in” you are “in” with the company. Great venues for meetings in luxurious hotels.

Kontras

Your one up has the authority to illustrate their interpretation of your hard work to executive/regional leadership. When you are out you are out. Cult like mentality. Inclusion is an organizational value, yet leadership is not diverse.
