Pros

Company cares for its employees- at least the middle level people managers Because of the awesome middle people managers, most analysts are happy working at SC Johnson

Kontras

Too many extra curricular activities where management insists that middle people managers and even analysts should lead. This leads to exhaustion and over fatigue. Leading so many events will not even help your own performance rating because management also wants that you deliver exceptional operational performance results on top of your extra curricular events! Some in the upper level management play “favorites” and are silent bullies.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Kontras

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
