They have small rewards for the employees on a regular basis as recognition for job well done.
Kontras
Depends on what your department is, could eat a lot of your time and if you are in senior roles, no OT pay for that, just meal allowance. The management are not so good here. And there is just too many managers/senior managers/directors in this company who doesn't really deliver what they're supposed to.
