Leadership is a revolving door of US and International people who are more interested in managing their advancement than applying long-term strategy. Radical downsizing resulted in a lot of work moving to Racine or a third party. No concrete plans how business will maintain in light of the downsizing. Morale is very low. No job advancement. Organization is flat and Canadians can't progress. Very poorly articulated vision.
