Set up to fail if you have potential that threatens current leadership. Not organized, no shared information across regions or divisions. Hold on to non-productive employees. Non-scientist leading scientific divisions. Marketers run the show but rotate every 6 months so there is no continuity with the business, RDE, and regulatory.
