Pros

Good, innovative and quality products and NPD funnel is being managed well. Being run by professionals managers and this is good for professionalism.

Kontras

Too much unnecessary paper works and processes creates non-productivity. Sales people are suppose to be on the road seeing clients, however in their case have to spend a lot of time with excessive administrative task which can be carried out by clerical. But, the company is so cautious of head-counts resulting in the sales people doing non-productive stuffs, spending long hours. C&B is below average, considering they are a multinational.

Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Kontras

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
