You could live 30 miles away and it only takes 20 min on the train but you could live 5 miles away and it takes 45 min on the bus or el but apparently that doesn’t matter. Outdated vacation policy starts at 2 weeks ; takes 5 years before you get 3 weeks. Profit sharing (no bonus) rewards length of employment rather than performance. You could have outstanding performance in your first year but you only get $1,000 in profit sharing (no bonus) or be mediocre and work there for 12 years and make $15,000.
