The training is lacking and the systems you use suck (some of them are DOS) they cut your hours and make you sign off without pay when the calls slow and then two hours later text you to help out because they're "swamped" If someone in scheduling doesn't like you or know you won't get any hours or you'll be requested to log off every shift.
