      The company structure at SC Builders affords employees in any position to be a valuable asset to our team and contribute to the success of the company. SC Builders provides a great family environment and work/life balance and has supported me through the growth of my career and my family.

      Kontras

      Our greatest challenge has been finding people that are the "right fit". It is hard to turn down project opportunities, but we would rather decline a project than fail for not having the perfect project team.
