Culture is #1 for sure! This company is the most unique company I have worked for and working at HQ really get to see behind the scenes on how everyone truly loves to work together and supports everyone all across the Country. Our CEO cares so much for our employees and their families, he even cooks us breakfast every Friday and then we get to spend an hour to get to know someone from our field on more of a personal level and laugh at all our silly stories. May sound cheesy to some but it makes work fun and easier to work through any obstacles we may have. This company has it all culture, leadership, tools, products, partners, benefits, incentive trips for you +1!

For me the only Con I could see is we have an entrepreneurial environment for owning what you specialize in, so if you aren’t like minded it may not be a fit. We really work hard and play hard to celebrate!
