they will work you to death and claim to care about your mental health while wildly underpaying you. you will do a lot for very little and if leadership doesn't like you they will make your life hell. i have seen discrimination take place in real time and the lack of diversity is just sad. they are forcing people back into a very inflexible hybrid working policy with no flexibility around employee's mental or physical health. highly do not recommend they will take advantage of your lack of experience in the job market as a recent graduate and pay you up to 20000 less than the median salary for this sort of position. they demand perfection and the expectations change based on who is leading the project. tasks you were told to do will suddenly be incorrect or unneeded or "why are you wasting your time on that" based on a whim and you will be made to felt stupid for not having the foresight to read someone's mind and know that without being told
