The pay is horrible . The company is a subsidiary of a bank , so you can imagine how out the loop we are as employees. There is no leadership or great management , everyone is just doing as they please . When I would complain about someone who was a constant problem to me , nothing would get done . ( I can’t say who this is or even a title because this post will not be accepted ) . As an employee here , I didn’t feel appreciated or respected at times. They would see one “bad” thing you did all year and put it on your review and this one thing over rode all the good you did . Just wasn’t fair . I wish I could put names out there but I can’t on this platform .
