      Intelligent people, good solutions that help customers to develop their analytics competence. Positive with a 60/40 salary split. Nice offices in old castle around Europe.

      Kontras

      Poor sales management for a couple of years ago. When expectaions changed frustration in organisation arised. Not so good salary but as I mentioned the split is ok within sales.

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
