Systems and reporting tools are great, phenomenal health care benefits and people are really nice
Kontras
Conflict between departments and lack of strong leadership to implement consistent policies. Often SR management will go thru back channels to get their way. Also most of management outside of HR is male, not very diverse. Their GL system is not good at all.
