      Pros

      The local team is good and people are nice to work with. You can test some good ideas and local management give you rope to try them out.

      Kontras

      Serious shortage in resources in all aspects, sales, Presales and consulting while Regional Management keeps asking for growth. Salaries not at par to market although expectation is to compete with the other large vendors. Local management applies reasonable pressure but has limited decision making authority from Regional Mgmt.
