If you are working with clients, you get to work understand the market needs. You will definitely learn a lot. Generally (mostly) nice colleagues.

People problem exists everywhere but in SAS Malaysia particularly, as long as you perform and can manage upwards, they turn a blind eye. That's the reality of things. Many people survive there by dodging these people and get on with life. As with any vendor/provider, if you are client facing expect the usual problems, late lights and occasional crisis management situation
