Work Life Balance (most times) People/ Climate is great! I have had an awesome experience with all my managers thus far!

Kontras

Diversity is a lot less than I expected ESPECIALLY management positions. Pay is honestly very low, I have been getting offers that pay a significant amount higher (over 10k).
