Pros

Benefits were great and work life balance was good.

Kontras

The pay was horrific, the movement of accounts made no sense and the managers are comped on team achievement not total number. So they would move accts around to under achieving reps to ensure the "team" hits the number. As an individual contributor this is not a good place for sales people to grow and advance professionally. Great technology - it would be much better if someone w/o a PhD could understand how to use it.
