      Company culture, employees engagement, clients are valued, great leadership, unbelievable benefits, employee enablement and skills development, fair compensation are all attributes at SAS

      Kontras

      Can't think of any. It has been a great experience so far. Some complain about lack of growth opportunity, but I don't see that in the division I am part of.

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
