Layoffs for the past two years in a row and more to come in Q1 2025. Mandatory RTO May 2024 even for those that went remote a decade ago or were hired that way. And we go into an office regardless if our team works there or not. CEO doesn't have a clue and feels more like big business versus the amazing start up like culture we had for years. Levels are odd and not a lot of career movement. Onboarding process wasn't so great either.
