Been here for a long time and this is the best group of people I've had the pleasure of working with. Leaders are real people with great personalities, a dedication to excellence and an ability to make work fun. People genuinely like leading and being lead here. It comes from a legacy that Raj, Mike and Steve built and it's not going away.

We're awkward with change. Things generally go in the right direction, but internal communication about what's going on is sometimes bumbling. IT can cause anxiety in newer employees.
