Resolve admin issues before leaving the company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei SAP Concur: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Disappointed with the way the company handles employee administration directly related to expences. I left the company a year ago and my AMEX corporate card is still not cancelled (this can only be done by the company). Since I left, membership fees + late fees have been charged to the card which has direct impact on my personal credit. Several attempts to contact Concur on this and still nothing has been resolved.
