Very competitive pay; great co-workers and management teams

Sometimes the download/upload and document sharing were troublesome or slow

People were very nice, the company worked on interesting projects.

Salaries were low unless you were at the director and higher levels. Benefits were pretty standard. Issue was with the vacation policy, had to wait too long before reaching your 3 weeks. No social activities with the whole company, did not want to spend on their employees. High turnover rate. Not much opportunity to move up.
