I joined this firm as a IT Professional, and during the interview process, the panel primarily asked questions related to Python, and real-time project experience. However, after joining, I realized that these skills are not actually used or implemented in the firm’s ongoing work. The company’s main domain is non-technical, and most of the IT-related tasks fall under non-core or support-level work. There is no proper hierarchy or management structure. Currently, the firm is mainly working with .NET technology, C#, which was never mentioned during the interview process. For new joiners considering an IT role here, I would not recommend joining, especially if you are looking for technical growth or hands-on project experience. Additionally, there is a two-year employment bond, which should be carefully considered before making a decision.
