Management and HR defend company and managers to a fault, putting hourly employees at risk. No real reward for being loyal to company as managers decide who to promote or recommend. HR personnel are horrible at returning calls, following up on concerns, and actually doing their jobs...besides defending company practices Make big deal of sharing success in terms of sales, but budget for raises seems to always be lacking for hourly employees.
