Pros

The first 4 years were ok. Pay was ok, benefits were just ok . Nothing was really bad, but it wasn't super great. The drivers are great and seem to really care about their job.

Kontras

Pay started off alright but now I'm working constantly(24/7 and even on "vacation") and not being compensated. I'm being asked to preform job duties well out of my scope and not being compensated with management telling me I have to have established myself in the higher roll before I can be compensated for it. Benefits are great if you're not sick.

Pros

Great hours, I have an awesome OS and OM. I was salary exempt so if I worked over 40 hours I was paid hourly after that. I was also paid weekly which was extremely nice.

No relocation assistance for in-state promotions.

Pros

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Kontras

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
