Good pay and fast paced so you you are never bored. After one year you can advance and transfer to pretty much anywhere if you meet the jobs qualifications.
Kontras
They promote a culture of work life balance but management does not support it. You are never off work and 12-14 hour days are common. You are constantly being micromanage and forced to make decisions based on customer influence even when it is detrimental to the company. Revenue is king even if it is not profitable.
