I would say the work/life balance at this location is amazing. The managers are very caring and understanding with any situation that may arise. You have the flexibility to take off at anytime or work from home to deal with personal matters, medical emergencies, children, etc. as long as you communicate.
Kontras
There is little to no diversity here. You will feel like an outcast for sure. The pay could be more.
