Pros

RxStrategies has been around 20+ years and it feels like the perfect combination of a well established business with some start-up tendencies. There's an incredible amount of knowledge across the team and organization that comes with being in the 340B industry for this long. At the same time, the organization feels really agile, open to new approaches and always continuing to strive for more. Personally, I've found this incredibly rewarding. I feel empowered to try new things and am optimistic that there are places for me to continuously learn and develop.

I am in a role that did not previously exist for the company, so this may be unique to me, but my responsibilities can be somewhat unpredictable. Most days don't look the same! I personally thrive in this environment, and it's part of what led me to take the job at RxStrategies, but I know that it may not be for everyone.
