-CMO/CEO values are extremely unethical/illegal if it were a bigger corporation, HR and the state would get involved -CMO has missed countless interviews with potiental employees.. and they want the company to grow the business.. how if you don't even show up to your interviews with future employees. -There is a lack of employees, resulting in a high turn over rate that has been happening for over 5-10 years. -the CEO degrades each employee in an inappropriate, condescending manner that no other CEO in a normal company would think is acceptable -No HR in the company, due to the lack of ethical work values -Need more experienced employees with 10+ years of experience in order to satisfy CEO's needs -Insane deliverables need to be met in a short period of time with low amount of staff it doesn't add up
