The benefits were nice. Some of the medical plans cost the employee $0. The summits were fun. They sent nice equipment.
Kontras
Absolutely no structure for their "mentorship" program. Some mentors are amazing, others do the bare minimum. Your career depends on who you get. There is absolutely no structure when it comes to your training. All they do is refer you to their internal "how to" page. Then when you mess up management will do everything but help. The teams can be very clique-ish. If you don't fit in they will push you out.
