9 to 5 job - leave on time.

Kontras

Many corruptions and injustice by management across the board. You have to know someone or be a very good puppy in order to be part of the management team. Lots of favoritism and lack of leadership. Management has no idea what is going on nor care. Moral is very low and many unhappy employees. Everyone is afraid to speak up in fear of retaliation. Don't work here!

Pros

co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
