Very great staff to work with, flexible around school schedule, great teller experience

Can't really think of any cons

Friendly environment. Convenient job if you live on or close to the campus. Fridays/ paydays were always hectic especially when understaffed.

No room for growth. Many of the positions are already filled higher up and since it’s a small company the opportunity to move up rarely presents itself. Since a lot of students work there it’s hard for them to maintain a steady staff because of student leaving after graduating.
