Pros
You can make your experience at Rushing into what you'd like it to be. Rushing is an entrepreneurial environment where good ideas and new processes are welcomed. The leadership team is PASSIONATE about engineering and inspire the rest of the company to be the best engineers and/or consultants that they can be. Work/life balance is valued. No one goes uncompensated for extra time they contribute. Rushing is more DIVERSE than any other engineering company I know of including 1/3 women and numerous ethnic backgrounds represented. This results in a better informed product. The leadership is forever striving to be better and is never claims to have the perfect model or answer - there is great openness for continual learning and that applies to everyone on the team.
Kontras
Rushing moves fast as does the building industry so it can be difficult for some who've had less intense careers prior to joining the company. As continual learning is such a strong piece of the Rushing core, it's an environment where everyone is encouraged to keep growing as well (is this a con? depends how you look at it, I suppose)
