Middle and Top Management seem to be lost. Never ending or tricky promises to employees and clients that never become true Overrated employees in crucial positions They bomb employees with things like "values of the company" that later are not reflected in their actions. Too much bureaucracy to solve crucial problems; lot of intermediaries or useless processes. Delaying of tasks due to poor quality erp. Part of the management seem to not care at all for their employees and show zero emotional intelligence. No innovation. Too long time to deploy solutions.
