Pros

Runa is now a great place to work, particularly in the last 12 months when the business has matured and more experienced leadership has joined. The overall employee experience is excellent for a small start up - we have great benefits, flexibility, good pay, generally fair treatment and the London office is a big plus. People here are motivated and engaged, there is a real sense of purpose.

There's a lot we're trying to do - if you’re looking for ease and predictability, this won’t suit you. But if you’re energised by speed, ownership, and impact you'll thrive. As a global business, US team can feel distant at times.

Hello, Thanks for your review. We’re passionate about having trust in our employees and giving them the ownership and autonomy to do their best work and continue to invest in our leadership and managers. As a high growth scale up we do often need to pivot, which means adapting to changing situations which can affect the direction at times. We are building our 2024 company objectives in line with the company strategy and will be working with each of the teams on how they can contribute, which in turn will provide a clear direction. In our Q3 engagement survey, 89% of people agreed that they know how their work contributes to the goals of Runa, but I would love to organise some time with you to find out how we can improve in your experience.
