Terrible place to work ! - General Manager bei Rug & Home: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Communication with Owner and COO is terrible ... frequently talk down to you and they don't communicate effectively. They created a hostile work place and did not respect hierarchy of communication or decision making. No training !! Kept promising "someone was gonna come down", but never did.
