Great company concept, good discounts (the amount of products you can get it on is decreasing ) some of the nicest employees .

There are just about 2 managers in that office that know and do their job. The rest are either on a power trip or away with the fairies. They stand in corners laughing loudly even during busy call times. They are all in 'cliques' . There is a specific supervisor that bullies employees especially new hires and most often ones that are quite and vulnerable. I know at least 3 people who have left because of her including myself. I have read atleast 5 ridiculous, condescending emails that she has sent to people on her team and I decided to quit after the second one she sent me threatening to fire me because I refused to stay back after my shift?!. We thoughr about writing a petition as a whole and beinging it to higher management but it turns out HR and management know its going on but they are all friends with her so they wont say anything. The last time I saw a place this mismanaged was my 5year old niece's lemonade stand. Its laughable that this is an actual work place, like wow.
