Pros
Good project both big and small. New Technologies. work environment is great, work culture and their way of thinking is good as well. Management is very supportive (specially in my case as they helped me when i was in bit trouble due to some personal reasons.)

Alternative Saturdays are working so its bit annoying to come on Saturdays sometimes.
