Good Salary and very good training. My training manager Anderson work very hard, and teach me a lot while I was there.

The place is very busy indeed, I was a bit hard on me at the beginning, but they help me out through it.

Fast paced environment to build skills for future. Decently priced comped meal per shift.

Take 25% of tips from employees, crazy amount for a casual dining place. No room for growth if you’re in college. Not diverse/inclusive. 10+ hour shifts (not a double) & non-paid mandatory meetings DAILY. Relatively new company so they are constantly changing rules and policies for their $$ benefit which in turn hurts FOH. Make FOH decorate/take down decorations during holiday season- unpaid.
