      1. if someone is not working in the company by what ever reason the don't repulse him/her they just distribute the responsibilities among others 2. cheaper than companies around 3. long shift extensive amount of workload 4. regarding Raise it depend on your relationship with your manager

      There is non that I could think of.

      Unreliable schedule, I just started and they said we'll be working 48 hrs a week but noone gets any hours they send everyone home after commuting 2 hrs there
