Allowed time off as needed. Travel was frequent to Sweden and other cities in the US.

Lack of training. No formal training on applications. Lack of input from supervisor on "specific" accounts. There was no transparancy on whose account was who. There were very obvious "clics" on the sales floor. Supervisors and managers came in office and brought problems from home with them.
