- Startup atmosphere can mean you over-invest your time. It's very easy to decide to work from home during the evening, even if it's just checking emails. This is not encouraged by anybody, but does seem to be widely embraced. - Navigating the growth from startup to more corporate structure in terms of project implementation, budgeting, etc. The culture is still casual and fun, they are just growing into having more set processes.
