Pros
Decent pay, some good people work here, interesting work, free food here and there.
Kontras
You will be working over time OFTEN, away from home constantly, expected to work overtime, no overtime pay: compensated with utility percentage if you achieve certain goals, which never are worth it in the end, taking time off decreases your utility, so you are almost encouraged NOT to take time off -- ever. Some jobs I had worked and they said they did not have it in there budget to charge to their project so my hours I worked counted for nothing, even though I was told to do this job. Workplace culture is toxic to your life and will pressure you to constantly meet numbers and goals. Jobs can be extremely dangerous with certain toxic materials or large machinery -- sometimes you feel like you are not prepared to handle these situations, but are thrown into them regardless. I have seen this company run multiple people ragged with huge workloads.
