Family-like culture with a true consideration for work/life balance. Fair industry pay and very helpful in career development.
Kontras
Semi-antiquated PTO policy with limited annual allotment of time off between vacation, sick, personal, and bereavement. Not unfair, but in a world where more and more companies are adopting a more liberal unlimited PTO policy, it seems this is a bit old school. Not a deal breaker, however.
