Pros
Good ingredients, nice uniforms, regular and mandatory breaks (unlike some other pizza places I've worked at), and there is usually a promotional item or special going on that doesn't gouge the customer.
Kontras
Management was resentful of how long they had been working there and how little they were respected by ownership, and that led to feces rolling down hill- which is not good for a kitchen. Quality ingredients were not always cared for properly, and that typically meant they weren't refrigerated as well as they should have been.
