      For the most part the coworkers/employees make this job tolerable. If you do at least a decent job you won't lose your job.

      it's franchise-owned in my state, no room for advancement. Compared to other restaurant positions the pay is miserable.

      Tips can be good, good manager

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
