The company has no ambition. All roles throughout business and I have experienced them all are too robotic, repetitive, tedious and boring. If you don’t want to be challenged and you don’t want progression this is the place for you. Certain people will back stab you as soon as look at you as all they know is this small company. They say it’s a family business but it’s far from it especially with the ego that is the idiot MD
